The Hearth Listening Circle
A gentle, co-created space for neurodivergent women in burnout
I am shaping a February support program for neurodivergent women who are overwhelmed, overstimulated, and tired of blaming themselves for having a nervous system that feels like it’s on fire.
Before I finalize anything, I want to hear from you, my community, what actually feels supportive, doable and kind to your brain right now.
This Listening Circle is a quiet, cozy conversation where we will explore:
+What part of burnout feels the heaviest to carry
+What kind of support feels safe for your nervous system
+What pace, structure, and accountability your brain can hold
+What relief, regulation, and recovery would look like in your daily life
There is nothing to prepare. Nothing to buy. Cameras-off is completely welcome. You can speak, type in chat, or simply listen.
This is not a workshop or a sales call— it’s a co-creation session.
Your voice will help shape The Hearth so it actually meets you where you are.
When We Meet
Monday, December 15, 2pm PST
Online via Zoom— link will be emailed after you register

A program built with neurodivergent women is always better than one designed for them.
