Who is Lauren?

Lauren Tremper is an educator, advocate, and guide for neurodivergent children and their families. With lived experience as an autistic and ADHD adult and a professional background in early childhood education, Lauren brings a unique lens to her work, one that honors both the science of the developing brain and the emotional reality of being human.

Lauren specializes in nervous system-informed educational support, helping children rediscover safety, confidence, and joy in learning. Her approach is grounded in co-regulation, trauma-informed care, and deep emotional attunement. She partners with each learner to build a path that feels both possible and empowering—free from boxed curriculum, pressure, or performative success.

Lauren holds a degree in Early Childhood Education, a graduate certificate in Applied Educational Neuroscience, and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Trauma Leadership and Teaching through Butler University.

Her work blends evidence-based practice with relational depth, centering every session around the nervous system’s readiness to learn and the child’s own pace and process.

She maintains a small, intentional caseload of 1:1 work with children and families, currently operating on a waitlist.

Over time, her work has expanded to meet a growing need: supporting neurodivergent women in burnout. Through group programs and educational offerings, Lauren now creates spaces for reflection, nervous system care, and identity repair—offering connection, clarity, and a return to self for those who’ve long felt out of sync.

As a parent, animal lover, and lifelong thrifter, Lauren believes in the magic of everyday connection. She creates environments where people feel seen, supported, and celebrated—not just for what they can do, but for who they have always been.
