The Hearth
Six weeks to stop feeling like you’re doing life wrong, and start feeling like yourself again.
You’re not lazy. You’re not inconsistent. You’re not doing life wrong.
You’re just exhausted all the time, no matter how much you rest. You look around and wonder how everyone else is keeping up. Why routines don’t stick. Why even the good things feel hard to hold.
And maybe, deep down, you’ve started to believe it’s you.
Burnout isn’t mysterious; it has predictable energetic cycles. And when you learn to read them, you stop blaming yourself for what your body was trying to say all along.
You’re likely in burnout.
And if you’re neurodivergent, you’ve probably been there for a long time, because the world wasn’t built for your wiring.
The Hearth is a gentle return path for neurodivergent women in burnout.
❋ You’re exhausted all the time, even when you’ve "rested"
❋ You’ve shaped yourself to fit the room for so long that you’re not sure who you are without the effort
❋ You’ve been masking for so long, you didn’t even realize it, and now the mask is cracking
You’re here because..
❋ You’re overstimulated, under-supported, and blaming your personality for what is actually chronic burnout
❋ You’ve been in a cycle of push-shut down-push again, and it’s not working
❋ You keep trying things that don’t stick, and wonder if you’re the problem (you’re not)
Maybe you’re here because..
“You should just try harder.”
You need softness, not pressure.
“You’re inconsistent”
Actually, you’re rhythmic.
“Your body is the problem.”
It’s been telling the truth the whole time.
The Hearth is for neurodivergent women who:
Are in constant burnout but keep overriding their needs
Have tried all the routines, systems, and advice that weren’t built for their body
Are deeply self-aware but still feel stuck
Are craving clarity, softness, and a slower, truer pace
It gives you the tools, language, and support to gently come home to yourself.
In six weeks, you’ll learn how to:
Get honest with yourself and name internal truths
Through the Diagnostic of Authenticity, a guided reflection process that helps you find your three Anchor Words, a compass for living more aligned.Identify energy leaks that don’t match your priorities
And begin tracking where your energy flows easily, and where it’s getting drained by things that aren’t yours to carry.Edit your life to align with what lights you up
Choose one small shift this week: a boundary, a reallocation of energy, or a decision that brings your life closer to your Anchor Words.
Not by throwing everything out, but by shifting what you can toward life-giving, aligned pursuits that nourish your nervous system.Regulate as you go
Using tiny, nervous-system-first practices to help your body feel safe inside the changes you’re making, without needing to be perfect.
Start tracking what safety feels like: a body sensation, a shift in breath, a quieting inside. You’ll learn to notice and name these cues, so you can repeat them.Rebuild self-trust, even after rupture
By keeping one tiny, self-honoring promise at a time and learning what repair feels like in your body.Create a ritual of return
So when life gets noisy, fast, or too much, you have a low-pressure, self-kept rhythm that brings you back to your Anchor Words and your true foundation.
Hi, I’m Lauren..
I’m an educator, and now a student of educational neuroscience.
I’ve spent years studying how people learn, unlearn, and rebuild. And I’ve watched in classrooms, in therapy spaces, in my own body..what happens when we’re asked to function in systems that weren’t made for us.
The Hearth is the room I wish had existed. Now it does. And it’s for us.
