STARTING MAY 25TH ⟡
Not being able to follow the “right way to function” starts making sense when you're the person holding everything together.
Regulating the household, reading every room, absorbing every meltdown — all while translating a world that was never built for your brain.
Those years of overfunctioning are why the habit trackers, 5 am routines, and color-coded calendars don’t work.
Because they were never going to.Burnout never decides to one day “announce” itself to you.
It arrives in tiny waves of exhaustion — until it’s a tsunami that shuts you down.
Repeatedly battering you. Until somewhere along the line, you could no longer recognize the signals your body was sending you. Not because you didn’t care, but because you stopped trusting them.
Repeatedly battering you. Until somewhere along the line, you could no longer recognize the signals your body was sending you.
Not because you didn’t care, but because you stopped trusting them.
So, it’s not that unbelievable that you feel completely disconnected from what you actually want.
But there was a you before the expectations, misconceptions, and projections placed on you by everyone else.
She had needs, she trusted them, and never apologized for them.
You never needed more discipline. Not another trip down guilt-lane for the laundry pile still sitting on your bed or that umpteenth task you didn’t start.
You need to rebuild self-trust.

Most of us were taught that energy works like a battery — wake up full, spend it, and then recharge.
But what about that task that’s been sitting for three days, quietly draining you without being touched?
The assumption becomes something is wrong with you.
Your energy isn’t a battery you can exhaust. It’s a gate.
It opens and closes in response to meaning, timing, internal clarity — and most importantly — nervous system safety.
Energy gates don’t respond to force. They respond to safety.
You open them by coming back to yourself — to what actually matters to you — to what your body has been trying to say underneath all the noise.
When you stop fighting your own rhythms and start learning to read them, something shifts.
Not overnight and certainly not with a checklist.
But slowly, inside a container that was built for exactly the brain you have.

BONUS INTEGRATION WEEK FOR WAITLIST MEMBERS ⟡
With a little extra integration for the women who show up early.
This isn’t a “quick” transformation. This is years of unlearning the patterns that’ve served you for so long.
This course was designed with your actual brain in mind. Flexible pacing, ongoing community support, individualized feedback, and a waitlist-only bonus integration week that gives your nervous system time to actually land in the content.
So while all members get lifetime access to the course, waitlist members get an exclusive integration week. Because this is life-changing and your brain deserves as much time and support to absorb it as possible.
Members who’ve left behind old patterns through this course and community have this to say.
HI, I’M LAUREN
I’m not here to sell you a transformation. I’m here to help you remember one.
Two years ago, I began navigating neurodiversity through my kids’ diagnosis. That journey led to my own late diagnosis in 2024.
I left my job as a classroom teacher that same year to homeschool my own kids and focus entirely on neurodivergent learners, meeting families in libraries.
Within months, I had an office, and The Kindred Space was born. What started as a local, in-person practice in Washington has grown into a community of over 50,000 people around the world.
I'm also currently finishing my graduate certificate in educational neuroscience and beginning my master's in trauma and leadership.
But credentials aren't why I built this. My dream is to move women out of survival states and back into themselves.
To help them return to their most selfish self — the one who knows what she needs, trusts what she feels, and stops apologizing for both.
I can’t wait to help you do that inside The Hearth.
I built this course because I know what it feels like to hold everything together, while quietly wondering why everything feels so impossible.
To spend decades thinking you were the problem — and then to discover, late and with no small amount of grief, that you simply hadn't been given the right map.
That shift doesn’t happen with more information. It happens when you reconnect with yourself and are more in tune with the signals your body is sending you.
It happens when you finally feel safe enough to come back to yourself.
That’s what The Hearth is for.
Week by week inside The Hearth.
Each week includes prompts to help you take action, journaling questions to help you reflect, and additional support tools in the form of somatic exercises and meditation.
H — Honesty(Week 1)
You’ll feel the first exhale of relief, the moment your body realizes it’s allowed to tell the truth.
You won’t fix it or strategize around it. Not just yet, because you cannot heal what you cannot name.
That’s why we’ll start with honesty, simply naming because your body has been trying to tell the truth, before you knew the words that represented it.
Because honesty isn’t confrontation. It’s regulation; the start to feeling safe within your body.
E — Energy (Week 2)
For women navigating ADHD burnout especially, you’ll understand that stuckness is a nervous system failure, and you’ll finally stop calling yourself “inconsistent.”
Your energy isn’t a battery. It's a gate system that opens and closes in response to meaning, coherence, and timing.
This week, you’ll stop labeling your stuckness as failure and start asking which gate is closed. Learn how your authentic anchors pull energy where force never could.
And how to pace yourself so that alignment doesn't quietly become depletion.
A — Alignment (Week 3)
You stop forcing yourself into roles, routines, and expectations your body never agreed to.
Insight without alignment becomes another form of pressure.
This week, we name the places where your life doesn't match your wiring. With what we’ve identified, we’ll begin to course-correct.
Not with a giant overhaul, but with micro-alignment (we’re not burning down anything). To move in a way that honors your body’s truth.
R — Regulation(Week 4)
You begin to understand how your body speaks — and how to respond with connection instead of self-betrayal.
Self-regulation isn't a skill; it's a relationship. Your nervous system has never been your enemy — it learned to protect you in environments where being seen felt dangerous and naming your needs caused rupture.
This week is all about rebuilding your relationship with your nervous system. We’ll stop asking your system to perform and start learning how to listen with practises to help you do that.
T — Trust(Week 5)
You stop seeing yourself as unreliable, dramatic, or inconsistent — and start seeing your cues as trustworthy.
Self-trust isn't confidence, it's evidence.
This week is built around rebuilding trust and feeling safe enough. Your body has been honest every day of your life. You just weren't taught to believe it.
And as you slowly begin to trust yourself again, the gates open to rebuilding a connection with your body’s signals.
H — Homecoming(Week 6)
You remember who you were before the world asked you to abandon yourself.
This is not a before-and-after. You didn't need to be fixed, optimized, or made into a better version of yourself. You needed to be remembered.
The final week is integration, ritual, and recognition. Of the version of you who adapted to survive, of the body that learned when it wasn't safe to rest, of the intuition that never left, it just went quiet.
We end not with a checklist but with recognition — a welcome home to the safe place.
Every single week, I’m inside the community, reading what you share, responding with individualized written feedback for each and every one of you.
My teaching motto has always been connection over everything.
When you're in this course, you are not a number in a cohort.
You’re a woman I am genuinely showing up for.
The women who get the most from The Hearth are the ones willing to show up honestly, post in the community, and ask questions. For those women, I show up in return. Every single time.
And the community itself consists of women from different places, different diagnoses (including the undiagnosed), different stories, gathering around the same fire — and it has become one of the most unexpected and profound parts of this whole experience.
It's exactly what The Hearth was always meant to be. You will never be left to white-knuckle it alone.
Some Frequently Asked Questions you might want answered.
-
No, you don’t need a formal diagnosis to recognize you need this. If your nervous system is exhausted and you’ve spent your life feeling like the world wasn’t built for your brain? You belong here.
-
I’m sure you’ve felt the same things I’ve felt: the shame of not finishing, and the executive dysfunction that makes finishing genuinely hard. That’s why this course was designed with your actual brain in mind. Flexible pacing, ongoing community support, individualized feedback, and a bonus integration week that gives your nervous system time to actually land in the content.
-
The Hearth sits alongside therapy, not in place of it, as you’ll see from some of the testimonials. This course is influenced by somatic practices and nervous system education, and while Lauren isn’t a therapist, this course is grounded in her educational degrees in educational neuroscience and trauma-informed leadership, and informed by her lived-in experience.
-
It might. That’s part of why having a container like this matters. Because sometimes, we need to commit to ensure that we’re making the time for ourselves. The community, live calls, weekly feedback, and personalized support are all there to bring you back even when life doesn’t cooperate. Because it was built with neurocomplex women in mind, you don’t have to be consistent and present 24/7 to receive what you need from this.

This course was designed intentionally, built with neurocomplex women in mind. Each week is roughly 30-45 minutes of core content (teaching, meditation, somatic practice), plus the optional live calls every two weeks (they will be recorded so you can attend or revisit on your own schedule). We’re not about to push your nervous system past its limits, but rather, bring it back.

It starts on May 25th. Waitlist presale begins on [date].

While the course costs $797, you can choose to make payments in full or in two installments. I want this to be as accessible as possible.

No. While I built my work around who I first started working with, ie neurodivergent families, this course is perfect for any woman or neurocomplex person seeking clarity on their most authentic self.
You’ve survived things that required an enormous amount of you, over and over, at great cost to the woman underneath all of it.
She is still there. She’s not a former version of you. She’s not someone you have to rebuild from scratch. She’s the most honest, most alive, most you version of yourself.
Waiting patiently underneath every role, every responsibility, every story someone handed you about who you were supposed to be.
This is not a before and after. This is a remembering.
